Unauthorized or unsafe use of AI

Security vulnerabilities

Lack of human oversight

Regulatory or ethical concerns

Any other unexpected AI behavior

We encourage employees and stakeholders to report concerns or observations as early as possible to support the safe, ethical, and responsible use of AI systems across Qualifyze through Qualifyze’s AI Governance Channel.
